Production Process

  1. Raw Material Collection: Gather wood waste materials like sawdust, wood chips, and shavings from sawmills, furniture manufacturing, and forestry residues.
  2. Chipping: Reduce large pieces of wood into smaller chips using industrial wood chippers.
  3. Grinding: Further reduce wood chips into fine particles using hammer mills or grinders.
  4. Drying: Dry the ground wood particles to achieve the optimal moisture content (around 10-12%).
  5. Pelletizing: Compress the dried wood particles through a die using high pressure and heat to form cylindrical pellets.
  6. Cooling: Cool the hot pellets to room temperature to harden them and improve durability.
  7. Screening: Remove any fines or loose particles using vibrating screens or rotary sifters.
  8. Packaging and Storage: Package the pellets for distribution and store them properly to maintain quality.
